Returns
Return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Just contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product in its original condition with all parts and packaging. -
Our mistake? We’ll cover it!
If we send you the wrong item or it arrives defective, we’ll happily pay for the return shipping and refund your original shipping charges.
💰 U.S Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
💰 International Restocking Fee
- A 30% restocking fee (fees may be adjusted according to condition of the product) applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- This fee helps cover international inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
⚠️ A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is due to a change of mind/error or product incompatibility.
- This guarantee excludes special orders, bulk purchases, items intended for resale, and any cases covered by separate agreements.
- Duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Return processing will begin once the product is received at our facility.
