Order Acceptance & Payment

 

  • Your order confirmation doesn't guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to decline orders at any time.
  • We may require additional verification before accepting your order.
  • All orders must be paid for using an approved payment method.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

 

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within [30 Days] for a refund, provided:
    • The product is in like-new condition with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
    • You contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • This guarantee excludes special orders, bulk purchases, items meant for resale, and situations with a separate agreement.
  • Duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are your responsibility.

 

Warranty

 

  • All Optdex products come with a 3-year warranty, including an Advance Replacement Guarantee.
  • The warranty covers defects in material or functionality for the period you own the product, assuming proper use and maintenance.
  • The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, environmental factors, power issues, normal wear and tear, or modifications.

 

Advance Replacement Guarantee

 

  • If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, we'll ship a replacement the same day (subject to stock availability).
  • We'll cover shipping costs for replacements and faulty item returns within the continental US (surface/economy shipping).
  • You'll be responsible for expedited shipping requests and international shipping costs.
  • Replacement items may be reconditioned but will offer similar functionality.
  • You have 10 days to return the faulty item after receiving the replacement. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the replacement cost.

 

Warranty Disclaimers & Limitations

 

  • This warranty is your sole remedy for malfunctions and defects.
  • Optdex disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Some states/jurisdictions may not allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
  • This warranty terminates if you sell or transfer the product.
