Returns
Return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund. Just contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product in its original condition with all parts and packaging.

Our mistake? We’ll cover it!
If we send you the wrong item or it arrives defective, we’ll happily pay for the return shipping and refund your original shipping charges.

💰 U.S Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

💰 International Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee (fees may be adjusted according to condition of the product) applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
This fee helps cover international inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

⚠️ A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is due to a change of mind or product incompatibility.
This guarantee excludes special orders, bulk purchases, items intended for resale, and any cases covered by separate agreements.

Duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
